The Daily Deposit and Meal Summary reports are run on a daily basis.

 

In this section, you will find the daily reports:

	At the end of the day, the Daily Deposit report summarizes all of the day’s transactions from all of the cashiers, and should be used to balance all of the cash collected. When the report is completed, the day is Closed to prevent further changes. Other serving reports may be run monthly or as needed.
	At the end of each serving session, each cashier should run a Meal Summary to balance their cash. The Meal Summary includes all transactions for a single cashier for a serving site, meal and date.
